Etusi Healthcare provides allied health and healthcare services including physiotherapy, psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietetics, and paediatric services. All clinical services are delivered by practitioners registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA).
Service availability may vary depending on practitioner schedules, wait times, and clinical capacity. We reserve the right to decline or refer patients where the presenting condition falls outside our scope of practice.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Etusi Healthcare. Fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to or at the time of your appointment.

Before commencing treatment, your practitioner will explain the proposed assessment or treatment, its risks and benefits, and any alternatives. You have the right to ask questions, seek a second opinion, and decline treatment at any time. Consent may be verbal, written, or implied depending on the nature of the service.
All intellectual property rights in the content of the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Etusi Healthcare. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as permitted herein.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

All practitioners at Etusi Healthcare are registered with AHPRA and practise in accordance with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) and the codes of conduct and professional standards set by their respective National Boards.
If you have a concern about a practitioner's conduct or clinical care, you may raise it with us directly or lodge a complaint with AHPRA at www.ahpra.gov.au or the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) in Western Australia.
Subject to clause 9 and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Etusi Healthcare, its directors, officers, employees, practitioners, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia (and any relevant appellate courts) for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
